The management team of Infinity has previously invested in, owned or controlled more than $3bb in real property through a series of direct investments, partnerships and joint ventures.

Infinity Partners was formed to invest in underutilized or undervalued real estate assets, applying and capitalizing on its disciplined underwriting and detail-oriented operational and management skills.  Based on this, the Company creates value in the assets, thereby maximizing returns through enhancement of income streams and strategic sales and/or recapitalizations.

Through Infinity’s legacy operating entity, Circle Capital Partners, Infinity’s management team has invested in and currently controls and asset manages a Colorado-based portfolio comprising  more than 2.2mm square feet of industrial, flex and office space (made up of more than 45 separate buildings), as well as 570 multifamily units.  The transaction value of this portfolio is in excess of $300mm, and equity investors/partners include institutions such as Invesco Real Estate, J.E. Robert Companies and Urdang Capital Management. One or more team members has an expertise in virtually every asset class, with far reaching contacts in equity and debt finance, the developer and brokerage community, legal and governmental circles, asset management, property management, construction and development management and other operational disciplines.
